Day 1: Tuesday, July 15, 2014      Depart USA   
Depart from Newark via scheduled airline to Berlin. Your flight includes on board entertainment, meals & beverages.                      

Day 2: Wednesday,  July 16, 2014
Arrival in Berlin.  Clear customs and meet our Tour Guide and transfer to the city center. Start our day with a guided panoramic tour of Berlin. We will see Potsdam Square, enter the Topography of Terror, Bayerschen Platz, Brandenburg Gate, The Reichstag, Friedrichstrasse, Unter Den Linden, Republic Palace, Main Synagogue, Monument to the Christian Wives of Jewish Man, The Humboldt University. Afterwards, return to our hotel and check in.   This evening enjoy a welcome dinner at your hotel.

Day 3: Thursday,  July 17, 2014
After breakfast, we will transfer to Wansee Villa along with a short stop at Grunewald station enroute. This evening, dinner at a local restaurant.

Day 4: Friday, July 18, 2014
After breakfast we will then travel to Prague, the Capital of the Czech Republic, and have dinner at "Oliva Verde" Restaurant.

Day 5: Saturday, July 19,  2014
After breakfast, enjoy a sightseeing tour of Prague with Ljuba, as your local guide. The tour will begin with a visit to St. Vitus Cathedral and a walk of the Golden Lane. Across the striking Charles Bridge into the Old Quarter of Prague, enjoy lunch on your own. In the afternoon we will drive to Terezin, to see the town and fortress of Terezin, which was founded in 1780 and during WWII became the Nazi Concentration Camp. Dinner this evening will be on the Vltava River Cruise (cruise confirmed for 9pm).

Day 6: Sunday, July 20, 2014
This mornings sightseeing tour will focus on the Jewish sights. Visit the Jewish Ghetto. We will visit the State Jewish Museum
 and the Old Jewish Cemetery. Upon our arrival in Krakow, enjoy dinner at the hotel.

Day 7: Monday, July 21, 2014
Today we visit Auschwitz for a tour of the concentration camp and visit Birkenau. We will proceed to Wadowicse on the way back to Krakow. Meals: Breakfast, Dinner

Day 8: Tuesday, July 22, 2014
Today our morning tour will show us the highlights of the city. Drive past the The Wawel Castle and the Cathedral. See the Main Market Square and the Kazimirez district, visit the Old Synagogue and visit the Jewish Museum, Remuh Synagogue, the Popper Synagogue, the Temple Synagogue. The afternoon is at leisure for you to explore on your own.

Day 9: Wednesday, July 23, 2014
Depart Krakow and travel to Majdanek via Lublin the former nazi concentration camp (visit is set for 2pm). Continue toWarsaw for overnight.

Day 10: Thursday, July 24, 2014
This morning visit many jewish sites, such as the Warsaw Ghetto, the Ghetto Uprising Memorial, MILA 18, Genscher Cemetery, Nozyk Synagogue and the Jewish State theater. We will continue with an afternoon visit of Treblinka before returning to our hotel to freshen up before dinner.

Day 11: Friday, July 25, 2014
Todays sightseeing tour will include: The Royal Route, Chopin''s Monument, Lazenski Park, and the old town. Transfer this afternoon to Warsaw airport for your departure flight to Amsterdam. Upon your arrival in Amsterdam, transfer to your hotel. Freshen up before this evenings dinner at the hotel.

Day 12: Saturday, July 26, 2014
Full day bus on disposal (max 9 hrs) for visits to Vierhouten, Olderboek and Elburg.

Tonight enjoy dinner at the Sea Palace Restaurant.

Day 13: Sunday, July 27, 2014
Enjoy a Panoramic tour by coach and visit to Anne Franks House including educational tour.   From there enjoy a one hour Canal Cruise then some free time to have lunch
(under own arrangements). In the afternoon we visit the Jewish Historical Museum with our guide. Your tour will take you to the Portugese Synagogue and to the former Jewish Quarter of Amsterdam.   Tonight, evening dinner in Port van Kleef.

Day 14: Monday, July 28, 2014
Begin with a hearty breakfast before starting your full day sightseeing tour. This morning visit Kamp Vught with your driver.
On arrival visit the camp with onsite guide. The afternoon is free at leisure to enjoy on your own. Tonight, have dinner at the Haesje Claes restaurant.

    • Initial Deposit:
      A $500 per person non refundable deposit is due at time of registration.    Please note that the above package price is based on a min. number of 15 passengers traveling.

  • Passenger Details:
    Passenger Information as follows due immediately once under deposit:
    1. All names as they appear on the passport's in the following format. (LAST NAME / FIRST NAME, MIDDLE NAME)
    2. Date of Birth for each passenger
    3. Passport Number and Expiration Date
    4. Gender
    5. Rooming list (if you do not have a final rooming list we need a tentative with specified who will be a single and who will be in a double room)

  • Final payment:
    Due by MAY 03, 2014

  • Cancellation:
    Once a partial or full payment has been made, cancellations will only be accepted in writing. Cancellation terms will be applied based on the date that the written cancellation is received and based on the following dates prior to departure.
    Up to 151 days prior to departure: $500 per person
    150 to 61 days prior to departure: 50% of land/cruise services & 100% of air cost
    60 to 31 days or less prior to departure: 75% of land/cruise services & 100% of air cost
    30 days or less prior to departure/ no-show: 100% of all services

  • Fuel Surcharges:
    Airlines and cruise-lines retain the right to adjust prices based upon market price fuel surcharges. In those cases, Gate1 will adjust your invoice accordingly. In order to avoid these potential charges, your entire group must be paid in full and airline tickets issued.

  • Currency Fluctuations:
    All prices are based on current rates of exchange of 1 EUR = 1.36 USD. Your final invoice will reflect any increases resulting from currency fluctuations

  • Single or Triple Accommodations: are limited and subject to availability

  • Scheduled Bus Tours:
    Due to the limited capacity of our tours, we will periodically review the progress of your sales and reserve the right to recall group space without names and “per-person” deposit at any time, with 7 days notice.

  • Documents:
    Charge for paper documents when e-documents are available is $30 per person. Provided full payment is received no later than your Final Payment Due date, documents will be sent via email 21 days prior to the onset of services. Paper documents, when requested, will be delivered approximately 14-21 days prior to the onset of services. A complete street address is required for mailed documents (no PO boxes).

  • Airline Seats:
    Seats will be requested per your completed passport name list and confirmed no earlier than 40 days prior to departure. Every airline has different seating policies. For individual airline policies and other relevant information go to http://www.gate1travel.com/airlinepolicies.htmAny name change may result in that seat being revoked by the carrier. Bulkhead and exit row seats are considered at airport check-in only. Domestic flights are blocked for group seat requests.

  • Travelers With Disablities
    Tour participants requiring any form of assistance are required to notify Gate 1 Travel in writing at the time of reservation, and must be accompanied by an individual responsible for providing those services. Tour managers, guides, drivers or other tour, hotel, ship personnel are not able to provide such assistance. Escorted tours are fast-paced, often requiring lengthy walks over uneven terrain. Clients with special needs will be better served independently. Gate 1 can suggest touring options based upon specific requirements. Due to physical constraints and space limitations, wheelchairs, walkers and motorized scooters may not be taken aboard motor coaches, nor are these devices suitable for touring. These devices may be utilized in public spaces such as airports, however may not be used while sightseeing. Any such devices will necessarily be counted as a checked piece of luggage, and passengers should consult with respective airlines for specific regulations.

  • Entry Requirements:
