DAY 2, Tues Arrive and transfer to your hotel. Evening Mass is followed by a welcome dinner (D): WARSAW DAY 3, Wed Morning tour of Warsaw including visits to St. Stanislaw Kosta Church, the Cathedral of St. John, Chopin's Monument, The Warsaw Ghetto, Lazienki Park and other landmarks. Balance of the day at leisure (B, D): WARSAW DAY 4, Thurs Travel to Glogowiec and visit Faustina's birthplace, site of the Shrine of Divine Mercy. Lunch at a local restaurant. Continue to Czestochowa (B, L, D): CZESTOCHOWA DAY 5, Fri This morning, tour Czestochowa, known for the blackened picture of St. Mary, popularly known as the Black Madonna, situated in the Jasna Gora Monastery. Proceed to Wadovice, the birthplace of Pope Paul II. Continue to Krakow (B, L, D): KRAKOW DAY 6, Sat Morning tour of Krakow including Wawel Castle, St. Mary's Church, Renaissance Cloth Hall and other ancient landmarks. Balance of the day at leisure (B, D): KRAKOW DAY 7, Sun Travel through the Polish countryside and cross the Czech border into Moravia. Visit the Church of the Visitation of the Virgin Mary in Frydek. It has been nicknamed the Silesian Lourdes, due to the miracles attributed to its sculptured altar. Visit Hostyn and the Basilica of the Assumption of the Virgin Mary, protector of Moravia, the most important Moravian Pilgrimage site. Also visit the Basilica of the Assumption of the Virgin Mary and St. Cyril and Methodius in Velehrad. In 1985, the Pope dedicated a "Gold Rose" to the church. Others have been dedicated at Lourdes, Czestochowa, and Guadaloupe. Continue to the medieval city of Brno (B, L, D): BRNO DAY 8, Mon Travel through the rich and historic countryside of Bohemia. Visit Pribyslavice and Svata Hora (Sacred Mountain) en route to the golden city of Prague (B, L, D): PRAGUE DAY 9, Tues Morning tour of Prague includes the Royal Castle at Hradcany, St. Vitus Cathedral, St. George Basilica, Loretto Church, Strahov Monastery and Wenceslaus Square. In the afternoon, visit the Old Town, St. Nicholas and the 'Astronomical Clock' (B, L, D): PRAGUE DAY 10, Wed Morning Mass at Church of Our Lady of Liberty (Infant Jesus of Prague). Visit Stara Bolesav (Church of the Assumption of the Virgin Mary) and Levy Hladec (The Church of St. Clement), the oldest in Czech Republic. Balance of the day at leisure (B, D): PRAGUE DAY 11, Thurs Transfer to the airport for your departure flight (B). Tours may be arranged for groups of 15 or more passengers.
