Dublin

DAY 1, Mon Depart the USA to Ireland. Your flight includes meals, drinks, and in-flight entertainment for your journey

DAY 2, Tues Arrive in Shannon and drive to Galway, "City of the Tribes," via Clare Coast where you will see the Burren and the majestic Cliffs of Moher, which rise 700 feet and reach out for five miles along the coast. Visit St. Nicholas Church in Galway for evening Mass (D): GALWAY

DAY 3, Wed Drive north to Croagh Patrick. Proceed to Claremorris to visit Ballintubber Abbey. Afterwards, continue to nearby Knock (B, D): KNOCK

DAY 4, Thurs Enjoy a full day of sightseeing in Knock. Visit the Basilica and possibly celebrate Mass in the Apparition Shrine Church (B, D): KNOCK

DAY 5, Fri Depart Knock and visit Clonmacnoise to view the monastic ruins. Continue on to Athlone before arriving in Dublin. Dinner and traditional Irish entertainment in the Abbey Tavern in Howth (B, D): DUBLIN

DAY 6, Sat Enjoy a guided tour of Dublin including St. Patrick's Cathedral, a national cathedral for the Church of Ireland. Also visit Trinity College, home of the world-famous Book of Kells, dating back to the 8th century. Balance of the day at leisure (B, D): DUBLIN

DAY 7, Sun Depart Dublin this morning and drive to Kilkenny. Visit St. Cannice's Cathedral before continuing on to Waterford. Time permitting, visit Holycross Abbey (B, D): WATERFORD

DAY 8, Mon Morning city tour of Waterford, including a visit to the famed Waterford Crystal Factory. Travel on to County Cork to visit Blarney Castle, where you have a chance to kiss the famed Blarney Stone, said to bestow eloquence on all who dare. Continue to Killarney (B, D): KILLARNEY

DAY 9, Tues Enjoy a full day tour of the Ring of Kerry. Here the North Atlantic meets the hills of MacGillycuddy's Reeks. The collision created steep cliff, deep inlets and sweeping vistas. Visit the Muckross House and Gardens (B, D): KILLARNEY

DAY 10, Wed Depart Killarney and travel north to Tralee. At Tarbert take the 20 minute ferry crossing the Killimer and continue to Limerick (B, D): LIMERICK

DAY 11, Thurs Depart Limerick and transfer to nearby airport in Shannon for your departure flight (B).
