Declared by UNESCO a World Heritage Site in 1992, Cesky Krumlov has earned an international reputation for its State Castle and Chateau, one of the largest and best preserved in Central Europe. Upon arrival, you'll tour the city and visit* the castle and chateau as well as the historic Old Town, home to more than three-hundred buildings in the Gothic, Baroque and Renaissance styles. Afterwards, continue to the city of Ceske Budejovice to see it's historic square, home to the famous Black Tower and other 16th-century structures. *The castle is closed from November 1-March 31, and on Mondays. Upon arrival, enjoy a ride on the world-famous Risenrad (Giant Ferris Wheel) for scenic views of the city and park below. Afterwards, enjoy a special performance by members of the 1st Grinzinger Heurigenshow, as they sing and dance some of Vienna's most famous operettas and songs.
