    DAY 2, Tuesday - Arrive in Dubrovnik
    Welcome to Dubrovnik. You will be met at the airport and transferred to your hotel. This evening, enjoy a welcome orientation and dinner

    DAY 3, Wednesday - Dubrovnik Walking Tour
    This morning, enjoy a walking tour of "Old Dubrovnik." Visit the Rector's Palace and view the Bell Tower clock, Orlando's Column and the Sponza Palace. Continue to view the Dominican Monastery and Franciscan Monastery with its pharmacy, one of the oldest in the world. Spend the balance of the day at leisure

    DAY 4, Thursday - Excursion to Montenegro
    Today, journey to the Republic of Montenegro. Drive towards the mouth of the beautiful Bay of Kotor, the longest and deepest fjord in Southern Europe. Pass through Risan and Kotor to Cetinje, the one-time seat of Montenegrin rulers. Tour this city-museum before returning to the coast for a short stop by Sveti Stefan and Budva before returning to Dubrovnik

    DAY 5. Friday - Travel to Split, Split City Tour
    After breakfast depart Dubrovnik, traveling north along the spectacular Adriatic coast, passed old fishing villages and new resorts, to Split. Upon arrival, enjoy a city tour featuring the historic inner city, built around Roman Emperor Diocletian's Palace, a UNESCO World Cultural Heritage Site. View remnants of Split's Roman heritage, its various Renaissance and Gothic structures including Jupiter's Temple, the Epistyle and the Cathedral

    DAY 6, Saturday - Trogir Sightseeing En Route to Plitvice Lakes
    This morning, travel north along the coast to Trogir, the center of artistic activities, where scholars from around the world gather to study and paint. Continue inland towards the beautiful Plitvice Lakes National Park, a UNESCO World Heritage site

    DAY 7, Sunday - Walking Tour of Plitvice Lakes
    Today, visit Plitvice National Park and discover the breathtaking scenery of this natural wonder that includes 16 terraced lakes surrounded by thickly wooded mountains and lush vegetation. A guided walk visits several of the lower lakes. Enjoy the remainder of the day at leisure

    DAY 8, Monday - Opatija Sightseeing En Route to Bled
    Return to the coast, to the beautiful Bay of Kvarner and its popular resort, Opatija. Enjoy an orientation tour of Opatija exploring the highlights of this former Imperial resort city. After the tour, continue across the border into Slovenia towards Bled in the heart of the Julian Alps

    DAY 9, Tuesday - Tour Bled & Ljubljana
    A tour of Bled features its lakeshore and a visit to Bled Castle, perched on a cliff high above the lake. After the tour, travel to Ljubljana, the capital of Slovenia. Visit the open-air market, City Hall, Robba's Fountain, the Three Bridges and the Parliament. Return to Bled in the evening

    DAY 10, Wednesday - Postojna Caves Sightseeing En Route to Venice
    Today, depart Slovenia for Italy, stopping for a visit to the Postojna Caves. With access to over five kilometers of caves, the Postojna Caves constitues the world's most extensive system open to the public. Tour the subterranean world by an interconnecting system of miniature electric trains. Following the tour continue towards Venice, the "City of Water"

    DAY 11, Thursday - Walking Tour of Venice
    A morning walking tour of Venice begins at St. Mark's Square. View the Golden Basilica of San Marco, the Bridge of Sighs and visit the Doge's Palace, whose facade features a massive late-Gothic gate, known as the Porta della Carta. Take the remainder of the day to explore Venice on your own. This evening, enjoy a farewell dinner at a local restaurant
