Costa Rica Car Rental Fees

Rental fees not included in package, payable locally:

• Mandatory Insurance Coverage $13 – 25 per day, depending on vehicle category/type
• Guarantee credit card deposit of $750, debit cards not accepted
  
• Optional additional coverage $10 per day for Supplemental Damage Waiver (SDW) and/or $7 per day for Supplemental Liability Insurance (SLI) in addition to Mandatory Insurance Coverage
• Additional driver fee $3 per driver per day
• Roadside assistance fees may apply if the combined optional full coverage (SDW+SLI) is not purchased.
• Optional GPS rental $9 per day with $250 credit card deposit
• Optional cell phone rental $10 for entire rental period no extra fees for local usage charges
• Any fees relating to: fuel, additional rental time, moving violations & parking tickets, insurance deductibles, vehicle malfunction & vehicle damage.
