DAY 4, Friday - Hong Kong
Enjoy a half day morning tour of Hong Kong Island. Visit the famed Victoria Peak for a panoramic view of the city and bay below. The Peak, as it is referred to locally, is the highest mountain on the island, and is home to a variety of birds and colorful butterflies. Visit Stanley Market, famous for its bargain shopping, before returning along the coast of Repulse Bay and Deep Water Bay to Aberdeen Harbor, the floating fishermen's village. Stop at a local jewelry factory near Aberdeen for a glimpse into the art and craftsmanship that has made Hong Kong famous. Balance of the day at leisure

Touch down on the rural side of Hong Kong and visit Cheuk Lam Sim Yuen, one of Hong Kong's most impressive Buddhist monasteries, the famous Wishing Tree in Taipo, and Kam Tin Walled village, built 700 years ago by the Tang Clan. Continue to the border lookout at Lok Ma Chau, overlooking the Shenzhen River.

This half day city tour begins with a drive through Singapore's "Colonial Heart," with views of the Padang, Cricket Club, Parliament House, Supreme Court and City Hall. Stop at the Merlion Park for splendid views and photo shots of the Marina Bay. View the stunning Thian Hock Keng Temple, Singapore's oldest temple, dedicated to the Chinese Goddess of the sea, Ma Chu P'oh. From the temple, pass by Chinatown, stopping briefly to observe local craftsmen at work. Continue to the National Orchid Garden, situated upon a large hill within the beautiful Singapore Botanic Gardens, to view a sprawling display of 60,000 variegated orchids. Proceed to Little India, where your senses will come alive with the scents of jasmine and spices.
