DAY 1, Sunday - Depart the USA
Depart the USA for Egypt. Your flight includes meals, drinks, and in-flight entertainment for your journey

DAY 2, Monday - Arrive in Cairo
Arrive and transfer to your hotel in the Heliopolis area of Cairo. Balance of the day at leisure

DAY 3, Tuesday - Depart Cairo, Embark Cruise
Early morning departure for your flight to Aswan. Arrive and transfer to board your Nile cruise ship. Afternoon at leisure

DAY 4, Wednesday - Aswan, Cruise to Edfu
This morning, view the Aswan High Dam, the granite quarries with the unfinished Obelisk, and Philae's Temple of Isis. Afterwards, sail to Kom Ombo to visit the Ptolemaic Temple, built in honor of gods Horus and Sobek. Overnight: Cruise (Edfu)

DAY 5, Thursday - Edfu, Cruise to Luxor
Today, travel by horse-drawn carriage to visit the 2000-year-old Temple of Horus. Standing as Egypt's best preserved temple and second largest after Karnak, the Temple of Horus is a compelling construction both in terms of size and intricacy. In the afternoon, sail via Esna to Luxor, the ancient Egyptian city of Thebes

Continue to visit the world-renowned Egyptian Museum, with its treasures of King Tutankhamon and artifacts dating back some 3,350 years. Enjoy lunch at a local restaurant nearby.
