    DAY 1, Friday - Depart the USA
    Depart the USA for Ireland. Your flight includes meals, drinks, and in-flight entertainment for the journey

    DAY 2, Saturday - Arrive in Dublin, Welcome Dinner
    Arrive and transfer to your hotel. The balance of the day is at leisure. This evening, meet your tour manager and enjoy a welcome dinner with Irish entertainment

    DAY 3, Sunday - Dublin City Tour
    This morning, take a panoramic tour of Dublin and view sights throughout the city, including St. Stephen's Green, Phoenix Park and St. Patrick's Cathedral. In the afternoon, perhaps join our optional tour to the Guinness Storehouse, where you can enjoy a perfect pint at the Gravity Bar

    DAY 4, Monday - Travel to Belfast
    Depart Dublin and start heading north, viewing the Mountains of Mourne on the way to Belfast. Once one of the United Kingdom's most productive industrial cities, Belfast is now the proud capital of Northern Ireland. On arrival, view the neo-classical City Hall, located in the center of Donegall Square, and the Titanic Quarter, where the mighty but ill-fated liner was built in 1911. Tonight, you’re free to take in the nightlife of Belfast on your own

    DAY 5, Tuesday - Causeway Coastline, Travel to Derry
    After breakfast, we head for the spectacular “Causeway Coastline” and pass the 13th-century Dunluce castle, once the main fortress of the chiefs of Antrim. Continue on to the charming town of Bushmills where you'll tour the Old Bushmills Distillery, the oldest whiskey distillery in the world. You'll have the chance to learn about the history of the plant, followed by a whiskey sampling in the 1608 Bar. Then we drive North to visit Giant’s Causeway, Northern Ireland's only World Heritage Site. Take in this natural phenomenon of 38,000 hexagonal stones stretching into the sea. Then stop for a visit at the new interpretive center before we continue to Derry. Arrive in the afternoon and enjoy a walking tour of the main sights, including the magnificent St. Columbs Cathedral, Guild Hall, and the medieval walls, among the best preserved fortifications in the Western World. This evening, enjoy a delicious dinner at your hotel in Derry

    DAY 6, Wednesday - Excursion to Donegal County
    Today, we visit the wild northwest of Ireland. Travel the coastal road of County Donegal, skirting the rugged mountains and pristine lakes of Glenveagh National Park. Stop to visit the local tweed and weaving center and admire the work of local craftspeople. Then explore the villages of Donegal and Killybegs, one of Ireland's busiest fishing ports. Return to Derry in the late afternoon

    DAY 7, Thursday - Ulster American Folk Park, Belleek Pottery, Sligo
    Our first stop today is Omagh to visit the Ulster American Folk Park. This open-air museum tells the story of immigration from Ulster to America during the 18th- and 19th-centuries. The Park includes a full-size replica of an immigrant ship, as well as over 30 historical buildings to explore. Next, we travel the shores of Lower Lough Erne to visit the world-famous Belleek Pottery, founded in 1857. View the fine manufacture of the Parian china before continuing back into the Republic. View the gravestone of renowned poet, WB Yeats, in Drumcliff before arriving to the port of Sligo. This evening, enjoy a hearty dinner at your hotel

    DAY 8, Friday - Carrick-on-Shannon River Cruise, Travel to Dublin
    Depart Sligo and head to Carrick-on-Shannon, the quaint capital of Leitrim. Take a relaxing cruise down the River Shannon, accompanied by tea and scones. Then sit back and enjoy the Emerald Isle’s peaceful scenery while driving back to Dublin for our last night in the Capital
