DAY 3, Friday - Full Day in Vienna
Your morning tour of Vienna begins with a drive along the famed Ringstrasse, Vienna's main boulevard, to the Hofburg Palace. Walk the courtyards to the Vienna State Opera House, continuing to view the Parliament, St. Stephen's Cathedral, the Museum of Fine Arts, the Museum of Natural History, and City Hall. Afternoon at leisure. After dinner on board, enjoy an evening concert in the heart of city, featuring the works of Mozart and Strauss

DAY 4, Saturday - Melk Abbey Tour

DAY 5, Sunday - Afternoon in Passau
Enjoy daylight sailing to Passau and view the "Schloegener Schlinge," a beautiful part of the Danube with an unusual natural loop. Arrive in Passau, meeting point of the Inn, Ilz and Danube Rivers, and join a walking tour of the city. Tonight, enjoy dinner on board while sailing to Regensburg

Visit St. Vitus Cathedral and view St. George's Basilica and the Golden Lane. Continue to the Jewish Quarter and the Old Town Square to view the famous Town Hall Astronomical Clock. Optional Excursion Discount Package ($149) includes: (1) Full day excursion to Salzburg, the famous cultural setting for the Sound of Music. This walking city tour takes you to see some of the historic sights for which Salzburg is known, including Mirabella Palace, the house where Mozart lived, Nonnberg Abbey, Salzburg Cathedral, and St. Peter's Cemetery. Enjoy lunch at a local restaurant and time at leisure to explore Salzburg on your own (value $99).
(2) Enjoy a ride on the world-famous Riesenrad, a giant ferris wheel. Originally constructed over a hundred years ago, the 200-foot Riesenrad has an assortment of enclosed gondolas featuring various motifs. Afterward, visit the Hofburg Imperial Palace, which served as the royal residence of the Habsburg Dynasty. Today it serves as the official residence of the President of Austria and houses numerous artifacts and works of fine art. Lastly, enjoy coffee and Sachertorte, a signature Viennese culinary specialty, at a prominent coffee house. (value $59). Total value: $158.
