    DAY 1 - Depart the USA
    Depart the USA for Germany. Your flight includes meals & drinks, and in-flight entertainment for your journey

    DAY 2 - Embark in Nuremberg
    Arrive in Munich and transfer to the port in Nuremberg. The group transfer will operate at approximately 12:00 PM and 3:00 PM. The port is approximately a 2 hour drive from the Munich airport. Embarkation begins at 4 pm. Tonight, enjoy a Captain's welcome dinner and cocktail on board

    DAY 3 - Bamberg City Walk
    Enjoy a walking tour of Bamberg, an outstanding cultural and architectural highlight of every tour through Bavaria, and also the unofficial capital of fine German beer. Walk the city's winding streets and view its charming architecture on a guided tour of this medieval town. Sights include the 13th-century Romanesque Cathedral, Old Town Hall, the Royal Neue Residence and Bamberg's "Little Venice" area

    DAY 4 - Wurzburg & Rothenburg City Tours
    This morning, arrive in Wurzburg, a commercial and agricultural hub, known for its vineyards and textile production. Enjoy a guided tour of the city. Visit one of Wurzburg's most famous historic sites, the 18th century Residenz Palace, designed by Johann Balthasar Neumann and continue onto view such sights as the Cathedral of St. Kilian, the 15th-century stone bridge and the central marketplace. Next, head to Rothenburg, best known for its well-preserved medieval old town. In the Middle Ages, it was an Imperial Free City and has managed to maintain its medieval appearances into the 21st century. Your tour includes St. Jacob's Church, whose interior contains magnificent limewood altars by Tilman Riemenschneider, and the 13th century Town Hall. Depart for Wertheim at 8 pm

    DAY 5 - Walking Tour of Wertheim and Miltenberg
    This morning, arrive in Wertheim and enjoy a walking tour of the town and a visit to the local glass museum. Afterwards enjoy time to browse the market square before returning to the ship for lunch. Next, head to Miltenberg, a beautiful town along the Main River. Charming outdoor cafés and a 400-year-old fountain are among the city’s most memorable sights. This afternoon, bid farewell to the Main and enter the Rhine River

    DAY 6 - Rüdesheim City Walk and afternoon in Koblenz
    This morning, arrive in Rüdesheim, a lively wine village located in the heart of the Rhine River area. Enjoy a city walk which will take you past the quaint wine taverns that line the city's streets, and continue onto Siegfried's Musical Museum, where you may view various mechanical instruments including barrel organs and music boxes. In the late afternoon, arrive in Koblenz, the site where the Mosel River flows into the Rhine River. Join our optional tour or choose to explore the city at leisure

    DAY 7 - Cologne City Walk
    After arriving to Cologne this morning, you disembark for a tour of the city. This tour takes you back to the former settlement of Colonia, dating back 2,000 years. Enjoy a panoramic tour through the old quarter, past the cathedral, town hall, city walls and gate. Your final stop will be Germany's largest cathedral, the Cologne Cathedral, where you will have time to admire the architecture and stained glass windows. Continue to cruising along the Rhine River this evening while you enjoy the captain's gala dinner

    DAY 8 - Amsterdam City Tour
    This morning join a tour of Amsterdam that includes the Royal Palace, National Monument, Skinny Bridge and Albert Cuyp market. Amsterdam was once a tiny fishing village that prospered during the 17th century and transformed into the cultural hub the city is today. Continue sailing just before lunch and relax on board this afternoon. This evening enjoy a traditional Dutch folklore show on board
