    Depart for San Diego. Arrive in San Diego and transfer independently to your hotel. Enjoy the balance of your day at leisure

    DAY 2, Saturday - Embark Cruise
    Spend the morning at leisure. Transfer independently to the port this afternoon. Ship sets sail at 5 pm

    DAY 3, Sunday - Day at Sea
    Enjoy a day aboard your ship as you sail across the ocean. Take a chance to explore your Holland America ship and all of its amenities. Spend the day relaxing at the Spa, after enjoying a drink at the Crow's Nest Bar

    DAY 4, Monday - Day at Sea
    Today enjoy another day of sailing. Today you will be sailing the Bahia Magdalena, a 50 km long bay and regarded as the gate entrance to the Pacific. It is wildlife-abundant, especially noted for the seasonal migration of the California Gray Whales that come here during winter to mate. Bahia Magdalena is also home to dolphins and sea lions while the nearby mangrove swamps provide sanctuaries for an amazing array of birds including eagles, pelicans, herons and ibis

    DAY 5, Tuesday - Puerto Vallarta, Mexico*
    This morning you will dock in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico at 10 am. Explore Viejo Vallarta, the quaint Old Town, which is home to an enticing mix of red-tiled buildings, cobbled streets, chic shops and bustling open markets. Also enjoy Mismaloya Beach, Gringo Gulch and Conchas Chinas, the Beverly Hills of Vallarta. For those who are more adventurous, travel nearby to the rugged canyons and luxuriant jungles of the Sierra Madre. Set Sail for Mazatlan at 8 pm

    DAY 6, Wednesday - Mazatlan, Mexico
    Today enjoy a day in Mazatlan, Mexico. Your ship will dock at 8 am, where you can then explore the home of the largest shrimp fleet in the world. This cosmopolitan resort city tempts with every variation of this tasty crustacean: grilled, al mojo de ajo (with garlic), or in the shell with a tangy squeeze of lime. Other temptations include miles of uninterrupted sandy beaches and busy markets. Depart for Cabo San Lucas at 5 pm

    DAY 7, Thursday - Cabo San Lucas, Mexico
    This morning arrive in Cabo San Lucas at 8 am. Cabo San Lucas is located at the tip of the Baja Peninsula, where the blue Pacific mingles with the Sea of Cortez in a whirl of watercolors. Even more spectacular are the waters teeming with marlin, swordfish, sailfish, tuna and other fighting fish. Feast your eyes on exquisite black coral or take in the annual migration of the gray whale. Return to your ship for a 5 pm departure

    DAY 8, Friday - Day At Sea
    Enjoy a day aboard your ship as you sail across the ocean. After breakfast, enjoy the day at leisure to explore and enjoy the activities aboard your ship, including shopping at the on board boutiques and shops or spend some time at the casino

    DAY 9, Saturday - Return Home
    Arrive in San Diego at 7:00 am. Disembark the ship and transfer to the airport independently for your departure flight
