DAY 1, Wednesday - Depart USA Depart the USA for Israel. Your flight includes meals, drinks, and in-flight entertainment for your journey
DAY 2, Thursday - Arrive in Tel Aviv
Arrive and transfer to your hotel. The balance of the day is at leisure. This evening, enjoy an orientation meeting with your tour escort, followed by a welcome dinner

DAY 3, Friday - Morning Sightseeing in Tel Aviv
This morning, drive through the main boulevards of Tel Aviv, past the Mann Auditorium and Habima, Israel's National Theater. Stop at Yitzhak Rabin Square Mediterranean shoreline to ancient Jaffa. Spend the balance of the day at leisure

DAY 4, Saturday - Full Day in Tel Aviv Enjoy a full day at leisure in Tel Aviv, a city that leads the Middle East in cutting-edge fashion and cuisine. The principal city in Israel's largest metropolitan area, Tel Aviv boasts the famed White City, a UNESCO World Heritage Site comprising the biggest concentration of Bauhaus architecture in the world

DAY 5, Sunday - Sightseeing en route to the Galilee
Today, depart Tel Aviv, traveling north along the coastal highway to Mount Carmel for a panoramic view of Mukraka Monastery and Haifa Bay. Visit the unique Druze Villages and the colorful markets nearby. See Haifa's beautiful Bahai Gardens before continuing through Nazareth, home of the Church of the Annunciation, the largest basilica in the Middle East. Finally, arrive in the Galilee and enjoy dinner this evening at the Kibbutz

DAY 6, Monday - Full Day on a Kibbutz in the Galilee Spend a full day at the Kibbutz in the Galilee, becoming familiar with this lifestyle that focuses on a close connection between the community and the land

DAY 7, Tuesday - Sea of Galilee & Beit Shean Sightseeing
This morning, depart for the Sea of Galilee. Visit Capernaum, the location of a second-century village and synagogue on the Sea's northern shore. Continue to Tabgha, the traditional site of Jesus' "Miracle of the Loaves and Fishes." Drive around the Sea of Galilee to Yardenit, continuing to Beit Shean in the Jordan Valley to visit the excavations and Roman amphitheater. Afterward, proceed to Beit Alpha and visit the intricate zodiac mosaic floor in the ancient synagogue. Continue by coach through the Jordan Valley to reach your hotel in Jerusalem

DAY 8, Wednesday - Jerusalem City Tour
From the legendary Mount of Olives, enjoy panoramic views of Jerusalem city below. Continue to the Old City, entering via the Dung Gate to visit the Western (Wailing) Wall. You may even be able to witness a Bar Mitzvah ceremony. Visit the Davidson Center in the Jerusalem Archaeological Park, where you may view exhibitions and illustrations highlighting the main periods of the country's history. One special feature is a real-time, virtual-reality reconstruction of the Herodian Temple Mount, prior to its destruction in 70 A.D. Next, enjoy a walk through the restored Roman Cardo in the Jewish Quarter, continuing through to the Christian Quarter and the Via Dolorosa (the Stations of the Cross) to the Church of the Holy Sepulchre, believed to be the site of the Crucifixion. The tour concludes at Mount Zion, where you will view King David's Tomb and the Room of the Last Supper

DAY 10, Friday - Masada & Dead Sea Excursion
Depart Jerusalem via the Judean Desert for Masada, a significant monument from the First Jewish-Roman War. Arriving to Masada, ascend the mount via cable car to visit the excavations at the massive desert fortress and last stronghold of the Zealots . Descend via cable car. Stop on the shores of the Dead Sea, the lowest point below sea level for a float. Continue along the shores of the Dead Sea, past Qumran where the Dead Sea Scrolls were discovered. Proceed to the Ahava Dead Sea Laboratories and observe firsthand how creams and lotions are made with minerals extracted from the Sea. Return to Jerusalem
