    DAY 1, Thursday - Depart the USA
    Depart the USA for Israel. Your flight includes meals, drinks, and in-flight entertainment for your journey

    DAY 2, Friday - Arrive in Tel Aviv
    Arrive in Tel Aviv and enjoy an orientation tour on the way to your hotel. Drive past the Mann Auditorium and the Habima, Israel's National Theater. This evening, enjoy a welcome drink and briefing at the hotel

    DAY 3, Saturday - Tel Aviv Walking Tour
    Today enjoy a walking tour of Neve Tzedek, the first neighborhood of Tel Aviv. At the beginning of the 20th century Neve Tzedek was home to many artists and poets. Many of their houses can still be seen today. All of the charm of this seaside town can be felt as you stroll through the narrow lanes and winding streets of galleries, cafes and local shops. The balance of the day is at leisure. In the evening, depart for an illuminated tour of Tel Aviv and Jaffa, followed by dinner

    DAY 4, Sunday - Tel Aviv, Caesarea, Haifa, Tiberias
    In the morning, stroll through the Carmel market. Then, depart Tel Aviv, traveling north along the coastal highway. Arriving in Caesarea, visit its ancient Roman port and aqueduct, Byzantine streets, and Crusader ruins. Continue by coach to Mt. Carmel for a panoramic view of Mukraka Monastery and Haifa Bay. Visit the Druze Villages and their attractive markets nearby. Continue to Haifa and view the Bahai Gardens. Depart for Nazareth and visit the Church of the Annunciation, the largest basilica in the Middle East, before continuing to Tiberias

    DAY 5, Monday - Full Day in Tiberias
    Enjoy a full day at leisure in Tiberias. With the evening at leisure, we suggest a visit to a local diamond factory

    DAY 6, Tuesday - Galilee, Capernaum, Dead Sea
    This morning, depart Tiberias for a refreshing boat ride on the Sea of Galilee. Come ashore to visit Capernaum, site of a second century village and synagogue on the Sea's northern shore. Continue to Tabgha, the traditional site of Jesus' "Miracle of the Loaves and Fish." Drive around the Sea of Galilee to Yardenit, continuing to Beit Shean in the Jordan Valley to visit the excavations and Roman amphitheater. Afterwards, proceed to Beit Alpha and visit the zodiac mosaic floor in the ancient synagogue. Continue by coach through the Jordan Valley to reach your hotel on the Dead Sea

    DAY 7, Wednesday - Dead Sea, Masada, Jerusalem
    Morning at leisure to enjoy the hotel spa facilities, a mud bath, or a relaxing float in the Dead Sea. Following your treatments, continue to Masada, a significant monument from the First Jewish-Roman War. Arriving to Masada, ascend the mount via cable car to visit the excavations. Descend via cable car and continue for a drive along the shores of the Dead Sea, and past Qumran where the Dead Sea Scrolls were discovered. Proceed to the Ahava Dead Sea Laboratories and observe first-hand how creams and lotions are made with minerals extracted from the Sea. Continue through the Judean Desert to Jerusalem, with a brief stop on Mount Scopus to view the city

    DAY 8, Thursday - Jerusalem Old City Tour
    From the legendary Mount of Olives, enjoy panoramic views of Jerusalem city below. Continue to the Old City, entering via the Dung Gate to visit the Western (Wailing) Wall. You may be able to witness a Bar Mitzvah ceremony. Visit the Davidson Center in the Jerusalem Archaeological Park, where you may view exhibitions and illustrations highlighting the main periods of the country's history. One special feature is a real-time, virtual-reality reconstruction of the Herodian Temple Mount, prior to its destruction in 70 A.D. Next, enjoy a walk through the restored Roman Cardo in the Jewish Quarter, continuing through to the Christian Quarter. The tour concludes at Mount Zion where you will view King David's Tomb and the Room of the Last Supper

    DAY 9, Friday - Jerusalem New City Tour
    This morning, visit the Shrine of the Book at the Israel Museum, where the Dead Sea Scrolls are housed on a rotating platform. Following your museum visit, continue to Yad Vashem and visit Israel's memorial to the Holocaust. Next you will visit Mount Herzl Military Cemetery, where Israel's dignitaries are buried. The tour continues past the Knesset, Israel's Parliament Building, and the President's House. Enjoy the balance of the day at leisure

    DAY 10, Saturday - Jerusalem Museum of History, Via Dolorosa, Church of the Holy Sepulchre
    This morning's walking tour of Jerusalem includes a visit to the Museum of the History of Jerusalem, located inside David's Citadel near Jaffa Gate. Continue on a walking tour of the Old City that includes the Via Dolorosa (the Stations of the Cross) to the Church of the Holy Sepulchre, believed to be the site of Christ's Crucifixion, as well as a visit to a local bazaar. Spend the afternoon at leisure. In the early evening, enjoy a farewell dinner at a local restaurant

After a stop for lunch, visit the kosher winery in Katzrin, the largest town in the Golan Heights. Drive to Safed, a holy city in Judaism and the center of the mystical Kabbala.     Half Day Bethlehem 2:00 PM Enjoy a half day tour featuring the Church of the Nativity, the oldest church in the Holy Land, still in use and commemorates the birthplace of Jesus Christ. Many restoration projects have occurred through the years. Presently the facade of the Church of the Nativity is encircled by the high walls of the three convents: the Franciscan on the northeast side, the Greek Orthodox and the Armenian Orthodox, on the southeast side. A shopping stop for local souvenirs and olive wood handicrafts is included. Please note that Bethlehem is located six miles south of Jerusalem in the West Bank and governed by the Palestinian National Authority.
