DAY 4, Saturday - Full Day in Strasbourg
Today, explore Strasbourg, the capital of the Alsace region, independently. The entire city center, known as the Grande Île, or Grand Island, is a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Of special note is the staggering Gothic Cathedral, an exquisite example of late Gothic architecture. For over 200 years the Cathedral stood as the world's tallest building, and it currently houses one of the finest astronomical clocks in existence. Also within the historic city center is the delightful Place du Marché, with cafés set along the winding streets

DAY 5, Sunday - Daylight Sailing
Enjoy time to relax on the sundeck while sailing to Eltville. A town of wine and roses, Eltville is truly and idyllic place. Boasting some of Germany's finest vineyards, a picturesque landscape, and a delightful riverside promenade, the town is the paragon of the gorgeous hill country of the Rheingau region. While here, wander colorful rose gardens, bike along scenic paths, sample mouth-watering regional cuisine, and sip Sekt, the sparkling wine for which Eltville is so renowned

DAY 6, Monday - Morning in Eltville, Afternoon in Bacharach
This morning enjoy time at leisure to continue exploring Eltville. After lunch set sail for Bacharach. This afternoon call at Bacharach, which has long been famous for its wines. A visit here offers a perfect opportunity to stop at one of the local wine cellars for a tasting. Stroll the market square, past charming half-timbered houses, and see the town's well preserved ring wall with gates and towers

But it is not only the fairytale buildings in and around Cochem that remind visitors of its twenty-century-long legacy. The town's folk tales and wine traditions are also kept very much alive, in homage to a vibrant past. In the afternoon set sail for Koblenz

Passengers should select departure flights that departure no earlier than 2:00 pm to provide adequate time to transfer to the airport in Frankfurt. The airport is approximately a two hour drive from the port in Koblenz. The departure transfer will operate at approximately 9:00 am from the ship.
