Depart the USA for Hungary. Your flight includes meals, drinks, and in-flight entertainment for your journey
Day 2: Arrive in Budapest
Arrive and transfer to your ship for embarkation. Balance of the day at leisure. Tonight, enjoy a gala welcome dinner on board. (D)
Day 3: Full Day Budapest
Your morning tour of Budapest begins in Pest and views the Parliament, Royal Palace, Heroes' Square, and Market Hall. Continue across the Danube via the Chain Bridge to the Buda Hills where you will view Matthias Coronation Church and Fisherman's Bastion on Castle Hill. In the afternoon, depart for the artisans village of Szentendre and enjoy time on your own upon arrival. This evening, enjoy dinner on board. (B,L,D)
Day 4: Morning in Bratislava
This morning arrive in Bratislava, capital city of Slovakia, and join a tour of the city that begins at the Opera House and continues to view such sights as St. Martin's Cathedral, Town Hall, and Michael's Gate. This afternoon cruise for Vienna

Day 5: Full Day Vienna
Your morning tour of Vienna begins with a drive along the famed Ringstrasse, Vienna's main boulevard, to the Hofburg Palace. Walk the courtyards to the Vienna State Opera House, continuing to view the Parliament, St. Stephen's Cathedral, the Museum of Fine Arts, the Museum of Natural History, and City Hall. Enjoy the afternoon at leisure. After dinner on board, come ashore for an evening concert in the heart of city, featuring the works of Mozart and Strauss. (B,L,D)
Day 6: Melk Abbey Tour
This morning, cruise the Wachau Valley toward Melk. In the early afternoon, enjoy a guided tour of the historic Benedictine Abbey, considered one of the finest examples of Baroque architecture in Europe. Tonight, taste the flavors of East Austria at a Heurigen dinner on board. (B,L,D)
Day 7: Afternoon in Passau
Morning at leisure on board, while passing the "Schloegener Schlinge," a beautiful part of the Danube with an unusual natural loop. Arrive in Passau in the afternoon and enjoy a walking tour of the city

Day 8: Morning in Regensburg
This morning, arrive to Regensburg, one of Germany's best preserved medieval cities, and enjoy a walking tour that includes the Old Town Hall, the Dom St. Peter, the Roman gates at Porta Pretoria, and one of the oldest stone bridges over the Danube. This afternoon, sail for Nuremberg. This evening, celebrate your last night on board at the captain's farewell dinner. (B,L,D)
Day 9: Morning in Nuremberg / Disembark and transfer to Munich
After breakfast disembark and meet your Tour Guide and departu to Munich. Afternoon sightseeing with a Local Guide of Germany's "secret capital" includes the Olympic Stadium, 1,000-foot-high Television Tower, Nymphenburg Palace, Marienplatz with the Old and New Town Hall, and the Gothic Frauenkirche. This evening dinner at Hofbrau House.(B,D)
Day 10: Munich to Oberammergau
Today, travel to garden-like landscape of the Bavarian Alps to Oberammergau. Visit the Palace of Neuschwanstein, the residence of Ludwig 1, King of Bavaria. It is famous for the 'Gallery of Beauty,' a collection of painting of the most beautiful women of Ludwig's day. Evening dinner at hotel. (B,D)
Day 11: Oberammergau
The history of the Passion Play at Oberammergau goes back to 1634, when the village of Oberammergau was miraculously saved from the ravages of the Black Death. Since that date, the play has been performed every ten years on the decade. The day is set aside for the event. This unique occasion is literally a "once-in-a-lifetime" event. Day 12: Depart to USA
