    Today is free to discover Venice on your own. Perhaps visit St. Mark's Square or take a boat ride to the Island of Murano, known throughout the world for its fine glasswork. Be sure not to miss an opportunity to ride in a gondola on the famous canals that have made this city one of the most romantic destinations in the world

    DAY 4, Saturday - Embark Cruise

    DAY 5, Sunday - Full Day in Bari, Italy
    Arrive in Bari around 12:00pm. This seaside town on Italy's Adriatic Coast has been inhabited since pre-Roman times. Perhaps visit the old section of the city with its twisting streets and numerous piazzas, or visit the Basilica of St. Nicholas, built in the 11th century and today houses the remains of one of the most well-known saints. Sail tonight at 8:00 pm for Corfu

    DAY 6, Monday - Full Day in Corfu
    Arrive to Corfu, Greece at 8:00 am. Known as the "Emerald Island" because of its lush greenery and breathtaking beauty, Corfu is one of the hidden treasures of the Mediterranean. The second largest of the seven Ionian Islands, Corfu has a breathtaking coastline and a lush countryside filled with olive groves, cypress, lemon and orange trees. Perhaps hike to the top of Mount Pantokrator for a panoramic view of the island's natural beauty. Set sail at 3:00 pm

    At 12:00 pm arrive on the Greek Island of Santorini, known throughout the world for its stunning Red Beach, colorful sunsets, and whitewashed buildings along the sea-cliffs. Its harbor, the island's distinctive caldera, was formed thousands of years ago by one of the most devastating volcanic eruptions in history. This event, which created the island's placid harbor, is believed to have led to the demise of the ancient Minoan culture and inspired several Greek myths. Set sail at 8:00 pm

    DAY 8, Wednesday - Full Day in Kusadasi (Ephesus), Turkey
    This morning, arrive to Kusadasi at 7:00 am. Renowned for its beaches and attractive view of the Aegean, Kusadasi is near to several historical sites including Ephesus, a city created by the Ionians in the 11th century B.C. and later expanded by the Romans to become a powerful trading and religious center. Sail for Katakolon at 5:00 pm

    DAY 9, Thursday - Full Day in Katakolon
    Arrive in Katakolon at 12:00pm. This small, picturesque seaside town is located only a short drive away from Olympia, where the ancient Greeks held athletic games in honor of their gods. Today, there is an extensive archaeological site and a remarkable set of ruins which include a gymnasium and stadium. If you'd prefer to relax in town, visit one of the seaside cafés and admire the beauty of the Mediterranean while sampling some local mezes (Greek snacks) and sipping ouzo. Continue sailing at 7:00 pm

    Gondola Serenade (#10) This evening, enjoy one of the highlights of any Italian holiday! Enjoy a relaxing gondola ride with music along the famous Grand Canal, and experience a piece of Venetian history. Glide along the centuries old canals, past lavish palaces and under famous arched bridges (the Gondola holds a maximum of six passengers. Please note that this is not a private gondola ride. Gondolas may depart in groups, with one singer offered per group).

    Walking Tour of Venice (#1) 9:10 AM This morning's walking tour through the most charismatic and important historical places in the unique city of Venice begins with an orientation of St. Mark's Square, considered the historical heart of the city, where you will learn about the Square's main monuments including the Golden Basilica of San Marco, Ducal Palace, the Bell and Clock Towers, and the Procuratie buildings. Proceed to Santa Maria Formosa Square and Campo SS. Giovanni e Paolo, the second largest square in Venice. Continue on to the corner of Marco Polo's House and Malbran Theater. Then, return to St. Mark's Square through the Mercerie, a series of interconnecting streets that connect Ponte di Rialto and St. Mark's Square, and are the main streets in the city for shopping. Please note: This is a walking and orientation tour of Venice that does not include entry into any landmarks.

    Departs daily at 9:10 a.m. from the Exchange Office under the Clock Tower in St. Mark's Square. Drop-off at Tourist Information Office in St. Mark's Square.
