Itinerary

DAY 1, Tuesday - Depart the USA
Depart the USA for Santiago. Your flight includes meals, drinks, and in-flight entertainment for your journey

DAY 2, Wednesday - Arrive in Santiago and Santiago City Tour
Arrive in Santiago and transfer to your hotel. Your afternoon tour of Santiago includes a journey through the main streets of the civic center of the city, with views of the neoclassical Moneda Palace, the current seat of government, and the Plaza de Armas, with its Cathedral, Museum of National History and Central Post Office. Continue to Parque Forestal, inspired by the Champs Elysees in Paris. See the Fine Arts Museum and Santa Lucia Hill, where the city was founded in 1541. Then climb San Cristobal hill for a panoramic view of the city with the magnificent Andes Mountains in the background. The tour concludes with a visit to the handicraft village of Los Graneros del Alba. Balance of the day at leisure

DAY 3, Thursday - Full Day in Santiago
Enjoy a full day at leisure in Santiago to explore the city independently

DAY 4, Friday - Fly to Puerto Natales
This morning, transfer to the airport for your flight to Puerto Natales. Embark your ship and enjoy a welcome drink and dinner

DAY 5, Saturday - Torres del Paine National Park and Milodon Cave
This morning, enjoy and excursion by bus to the Milodon Cave. After a brief visit, continue toward the Torres del Paine National Park. Here, visit Laguna Amarga and Torres del Paine. See the magnificent Río Paine falls before heading for Nordenskjold viewpoint. The sightseeing continues at Cuernos del Paine and Lago Peho?? viewpoint. Afterward return to Puerto Natales, visiting Lake Sarmiento along the way. This excursion includes picnic lunch. Arrive back in Puerto Natales in the early evening and enjoy dinner on board. Tonight, the ship sails the Patagonian Channels

DAY 6, Sunday - Amalia Glacier
During the morning, the ship will continue through the Sarmiento Channel, Pitt Channel and Concepción Channel, with a morning arrival at the Amalia Glacier, with a panoramic view from the ship. At noon, sail north to the Antrim Fjord, with dinner on board this evening

DAY 7, Monday - Pio XI Glacier and Puerto Eden
In the morning, enjoy a close approach to Pio XI Glacier, the largest South American glacier, and part of the Bernardo O'Higgins National Park. Set sail through Grappler Channel with late afternoon arrival in Puerto Edén. Here, disembark by boat on an excursion that takes you to a village located on Wellington Island. Its first inhabitants were the Kaweskar or Alacalufes aborigines and, interestingly, the village does not have any streets, only footbridges. The ship sails from Puerto Edén in the evening, navigating through the Paso del Indio and Paso del Abismo

DAY 8, Tuesday - Constantino, Alipio, Fernando and Brujo Glaciers
Today, continue navigating through the Calvo Fjord where you will be have the opportunity to appreciate four glaciers of different shapes and colors, with excursions on board the Capitan Constantino, and icebreaker motorboat. If weather and ice conditions permit, the icebreaker approaches very close to the Constantino Glacier. In the afternoon, take an excursion to the Alipio and Fernando Glacier. Afterward, proceed through the Peel Fjord, with an early evening arrival at the Brujo Glacier and an excursion to the glacier rocks, where you will disembark and land to visit this impressive mass of ice

DAY 9, Wednesday - Bernal Glacier and Seno Ultima Esperanza
This morning, sail the Montañas Fjord, where you will be able to see five little glaciers that hook off from the hills to the sea. Then, visit the Bernal Glacier. In the afternoon, the ship sails across the Kirke Narrowness, casting anchor at Seno Ultima Esperanza. This evening, enjoy your Captain’s farewell dinner and dance

DAY 10, Thursday - Fly to Santiago
Sail for Puerto Natales. Disembark and fly to Santiago. Upon arrival, transfer to your hotel

Depart Santiago towards the Maipo valley, one of Chile’s most important wine producing areas. Founded in 1883, Concha y Toro is today the largest wine exporter in the country. The tour includes a full visit to the extensive landscaped gardens (the inside of the colonial house is not included) of the plantations, some of which were planted by the founder of the vineyard, Don Melchor de Concha y Toro. You will have the opportunity to see both the modern facilities and the old cellars. There is a tasting of different wines during the tour and the cost includes a souvenir glass.

Transport to the winery is in private service only; the tours of the winery are in English or Spanish and are conducted in small groups. Pick up and drop off at hotel.
