Upon arrival in Ica, board a small sightseeing plane and fly over the mysterious Nazca Lines, which can only be appreciated fully from the air. Located in the sands of the Nazca Desert, these gigantic geoglyphs stretch 53 miles, depicting hundreds of stylized figures, the largest of which are nearly 900 feet long. Created centuries ago by the Nazca people, the reason behind their existence remains unknown.
