DAY 1, Thursday - Depart the USA
Depart the USA for Argentina. Your flight includes meals, drinks, and in-flight entertainment for your journey

DAY 2, Friday - Arrive in Buenos Aires
Arrive in Buenos Aires and transfer to your hotel. Enjoy the balance of the day to explore the area independently

DAY 3, Saturday - Buenos Aires City Tour
Today, enjoy a half day Buenos Aires city tour that reveals the various influences of the immigrants that made this the cosmopolitan city it is today. The tour begins at the historic Plaza de Mayo Square, a magnificent public space surrounded by the Government House, Old City Hall, and the Cathedral. Traveling southward, see the colorful, picturesque port neighborhood of La Boca, with its famed Caminito street, reminiscent of the streets of Genoa. Continue toward San Telmo and see the colonial houses and cobblestone streets. Finally, see the modern districts of Puerto Madero and Recoleta

DAY 4, Sunday - Full Day in Buenos Aires
Full day at leisure in Buenos Aires to explore independently. Known as the Paris of South America, the city is flush with excellent cuisine, high-end designer outlets, and signature music and dance venues

DAY 5, Monday - Flight to El Calafate
Transfer to the airport for your flight to El Calafate. Upon arrival, transfer to your hotel and enjoy the remainder of the evening at leisure

DAY 6, Tuesday - Full Day Visit to Perito Moreno Glacier
Enjoy a full day excursion to the Perito Moreno Glacier, situated in Los Glaciares National Park, 50 miles from El Calafate. Upon entering the National Park, witness the landscape change dramatically, from Patagonian steppe to rich Andean-Patagonian forest. The Glacier, a mass of ice 18 miles long, 3 miles wide, and over 1,100 feet thick at points, is slowly but constantly advancing. A UNESCO World Heritage Site, Perito Moreno Glacier inspires awe both because of its captivating beauty and the thunderous cracking and roaring that can be heard emanating from the depths of the moving ice

Travel to Puerto Banderas, situated 30 miles from El Calafate, and embark a catamaran that sails through the north arm of Argentino Lake as it approaches the front wall of Upsala Glacier. From here, continue through Onelli Channel to Onelli Bay, to disembark and enjoy a half mile hike through the Andean-Patagonian forest to a lagoon where the Onelli, Bolado, and Agassiz Glaciers descend from the surrounding mountains into the water, breaking off and creating countless icebergs. After having a chance to admire the exquisite beauty of this area, return to Puerto Banderas and transfer to your hotel.

Please note that if weather conditions do not permit disembarkation at Onelli Bay, the catamaran will moor as Las Vacas Pier, located close to the Spegazzini Glacier.
