    Arrive in Ho Chi Minh and transfer to your hotel

    DAY 3, Saturday - Ho Chi Minh City Tour
    This morning enjoy a half day city tour of Ho Chi Minh, Vietnam's economic hub situated on the banks of the Saigon River. Visit such sights as the Emperor of Jade Pagoda and the neo-Romanesque Notre Dame Cathedral built by the French Colonialists in the mid-19th century. Continue onto the central Ben Thanh Market, where vendors display a vast array of goods and handicrafts, appealing to every taste. This afternoon explore the city independently

    DAY 4, Sunday - Embark Cruise

    Arrive to Cai Be, Vietnam this morning and board a traditional junk for a cruise through a lively floating market. Upon arrival, enjoy a walking tour of the bustling port town which serves as an important hub for the agriculture trade in Southern Vietnam

    DAY 6, Tuesday - Artisan Workshop Visits in Tan Chau

    DAY 7, Wednesday - Phnom Penh City Tour
    As the capital city and cultural hub of Cambodia, Phnom Penh is home to many impressive "Wats," or temples, including Wat Ounalom, Wat Phnom and Wat Lang Ka. Your morning city tour will include visits to the Royal Palace, Silver Pagoda and the National Museum before returning to the ship for lunch. This afternoon glimpse into the city's somber past with a visit to the Tuol Sleng Genocide Museum, a former high school which was converted into a prison camp during the Khmer Rouge rule in the late 1970's. Continue onto the former detention camp of Choeung Ek, better known as the "Killing Fields," where large numbers of people were killed and buried during the Khmer Rouge regime

    DAY 8, Thursday - Afternoon at leisure in Peam Chi Kang
    Depart Phnom Penh early this morning and relax on board. The ship will make a brief stop in Koh Chong, a silk weaving village on the banks of the Mekong, where you will have time for a walk. This afternoon arrive to Peam Chi Kang and visit the local Wat and school. Enjoy time at leisure to explore the village on your own

    DAY 9, Friday - Tour of Wat Nokor
    This morning visit the Wat Hanchey located in the Kampong Cham area. The brick structure was built in the 8th century and is typical of the Chenla Empire which preceded the Angkor era of the Khmer empire. After lunch on board, travel by bus to visit the 12th century Angkorian temple of Wat Nokor and continue onto the village of Cheungkok which has partnered with an international program aimed at developing a local and sustainable economy

    DAY 10, Saturday - Wildlife motorboat excursion
    Today sail the Tonle Sap River which connects the Mekong River to the great Tonle Lake. Take a motorboat excursion to the nearby wetlands where you will have the opportunity to view a stunning variety of bird life. Continue sailing this afternoon towards the Tonle River

    DAY 11, Sunday - Disembark and transfer to Siem Rep
    At dawn, cross the Tonle Lake and disembark in Siem Rep. In the event the ship is unable to cross the lake due to high or low water, disembarkation will take place in Prek Kdam and a coach transfer will be provided to your hotel in Siem Rep. Remainder of the day at leisure in Siem Rep

    Day 12, Monday - Full Day Angkor Wat & Angkor Thom Tour, Fly to Bangkok
    This morning visit Angkor Wat, a temple dedicated to the Hindu god Vishnu. World-famous for its beauty and splendor, Angkor Wat features the longest continuous bas-relief in the world, which runs along the outer gallery walls and narrates stories from Hindu mythology. Proceed to the fortified city of Angkor Thom, where you will see the Terrace of the Elephants, Terrace of the Leper Kings, Baphuon, Phimeanakas, the Royal Enclosure and the Bayon Temple. Late this afternoon, transfer to the airport for your flight to Bangkok. Arrive and transfer to your hotel

    Day 13, Tuesday - Bangkok City Tour
    This morning enjoy an orientation tour of Bangkok. The tour begins with a walk through Chinatown where you can see the Chinese grocery, drug and food stores. Walk through the Giant Swing area where articles for monks are sold. Vist Wat Po, the largest and oldest temple ion Bangkok. Carved in the ancient Sukhothai style with plaster and covered with gold leaf, the Reclining Buddha of Wat Po is nearly 160 feet long and 40 feet high, and the feet of the Buddha are inlaid with mother of pearl. Drive through the Royal Avenue toward the ex-parliament house which was built from Italian Carrara Marble in the Neoclassical style
