My name is Stephanie and I am a Gate1 Travel client. Last year I booked a trip to Paris; in a couple of days I'm going to Turkey and next year I am going to Vietnam. I have dealt with various travel agents; however, none as professional, efficient and patient as Ciara. She provides excellent customer service. She is always courteous and immediately replies to my emails and telephone calls. Kimber, we had a wonderful time on our river cruise trip! It couldn't have been nicer! Let me start by saying that we knew nothing about Gate 1 before we booked this trip - My husband found it on the internet, and wanted to go to Eastern Europe. I was nervous about it because we are fairly new to traveling to Europe, and I've heard stories about "internet scams", etc. However, and I want you to know this, it is actually YOU that helped me. You were extraordinarily good at answering my questions and, because of the efficient way you talked to us and returned our calls, you were the one who calmed my fears and made me realize this was a good decision.

We would be happy to take another Gate 1 tour (and will watch the internet for other trips), and we would definitely recommend it to others! Thank you for all you did to make it such a fun experience. I'm in the process of putting my picture album together right now!!

I have been on 4 trips with you over the past several years, and about to go to Egypt with you in May. I have had airline problems and other things happen that can go wrong when you travel overseas, and at times been so frustrated that I vowed never to travel again. Elizabeth has dealt with me when I have been at my best, and worst, due to various circumstances...She has always done a phenomenal job of handling the situation, and taken personal responsibility to fix things that were out of everyone's control. She has been an absolute pleasure to work with, and is the reason I continue to travel with your company every year, usually more than once. Please commend Elizabeth for all that she has done for me and your other clients, as she deserves more than a pat on the back!!!! People like her are few and far between, and we could all learn from her professionalism, honesty, and making me feel like she really cared about me and my companions. I want to thank you personally for your assistance and advice in arranging our recent trip. Every aspect of the travel when smoothly and your personnel in Italy were polite, helpful, and professional. I appreciate the hotel selections you made for us, all three were very appropriate given our needs. We found the Olimpia in Venice to be very charming, The Nazionale in Florence so convenient near the train station, and the Domus Sessioriana was in a quiet residential neighborhood near a park--very pleasant at the end of a long day.

Having the benefit of your knowledge and experience made all the difference.

I have a trip coming up in April to Italy. I have been fortunate to work with Karina to set up my trip. I want you to know how wonderful she has been to me. We had a wonderful time and we were impressed at all aspects of your services. Gate 1 really gave us peace of mind by being there even before we needed you. The vouchers worked great, both hotel staffs were helpful and nice, the transportation was fast and comfortable and we felt well taken care of.
