The trip to Spain was great! Two enthusiastic thumbs up for Gate 1 Travel: the hotels were centrally located in each city, the train accommodations were excellent (especially the luncheon service that was provided between Valencia and Madrid!), the planes both left and arrived on time. All in all, Gate 1 enabled us to have the kind of trip that we were looking for, one in which the annoyance of bookings was completely handled by somebody else but one that left us the freedom to do whatever we wanted while in the country we were visiting.

The trip was wonderful. The hotels were great, especially the Barcelona Center in Barcelona. I have never used your service before and was extremely impressed and happy. The trip documents were clear and easy to use and made my trip wonderful.

Trust me, I will be using Gate 1 for future travel ( Costa Rica in February) and will be reccommending you to my friends and family.

The trip was great fun. The flights were perfect and the hotel was really easy to get to-right next to the train station.

The rooftop pool at the hotel was the best and offered a panoramic view of Barcelona. What a fun city.

We loved it. Living here in Europe, we do most of our travel on our own, however, with our son and daughter-in-law with us we could sit back, relax and enjoy just being with them. We enjoyed our trip through Gate 1 to Italy about 4 years ago so much that it compelled us to seek employment here in Europe.

The local tour guides you have in Spain are so enthusiastic and knowledgeable about their towns, history and sites. The hotels were very good compared to the usual European standard and the other travelers were delightful. I never thought I'd say that about a bus trip, but they were all laid back and fun to be with. Thank you for the follow up and we will use Gate 1 again.

Everything went like clock work, our guide Lynn was superior, the local guides just great, just the perfect amount of time for each thing we did. The entire group took a trip out to Cinqueterre on Friday, Lynn arranged it effortlessly it seemed. The dinner at the vineyard was more than I think anyone expected. I would definitely recommend your travel agency, and I will definitely travel with you again.

Traveling in europe before, it was so great to have someone else do the worrying about where we were staying, the train, etc. Our hotel was beautiful, Montecatini was just a beautiful, beautiful city, centrally located, and the town had great restaurants and entertainment. It was a perfect vacation for me. I am so glad I chose your travel agency.

The trip was wonderful!!! We all loved it and had a great time. Hotels were really nice and the train was very good. Even our daughters enjoyed Europe a lot (for their age I'm surprised). They want to go back again. The only down side was that vacations as usual were not long enough. Thanks for your help. We hope to call you soon again

Thanks for enquiring regarding how the trip Gate 1 booked worked out. Some other companies that I have booked with never bothered to find out how things evolved with the trips they planned for me.

I must say that the arrangements Gate 1 set forth in the itinerary were thoroughly explained as I was booking the tour, and once we set out they worked just as promised. The hotels were as described, with very convenient central locations and helpful staffs. The railway intercity connections Gate 1 placed were just what we wanted, and saved us time over flying.

Thank you for all your help. This is the second occasion where I have recently used Gate 1, both with positive results. I would certainly use Gate 1 again in future, as well as recommend your company to friends who plan to travel abroad

Everything was great. The hotel was in a great location, just blocks from Plaza Mayor. Staff was very helpful and rooms were quite large. All flights went well - decent seats.

The trip went well. No negatives, hotels better than I expected, central location definitely a plus. Nickolas, our guide was outstanding. Gate 1 gets my recommendation for a cultural tour of Spain and Portugal.

My daughter and I had a wonderful time in both Rome and Barcelona. The flights in both directions were wonderful. Alitalia is a superb airline.

The upgraded hotel we stayed in Rome was wonderful. The staff in the Grand Hotel Palatino was very helpful in directions and restaurant information. The hotel was very convenient to all the attractions we were interested in seeing. The breakfast was very nice.

Over all my daughter and I had a wonderful trip. I am glad I used your company to book with and would do so again. You saved me a lot of money on airfare and hotels that I subsequently use to play and eat with while still staying within my budget for the whole trip. Kudos to your company.

Everything went smoothly: flights, connections, transfers, hotels, tours etc. All the folks Gate 1 collaborates with, e.g. service providers: hotels, drivers, guides etc, were exceptional. Our primary Gate 1 tour director, Elina was a complete doll. I can't say enough good things about her. I would certainly call on Gate 1 travel for vacation arrangements in the future, as well as, refer Gate 1 to family and friends.
