Our trip was phenomenal. Each one of us was surprised by the way every excursion was well organized and every tour guide's information was easy to understand and their concern for the group not getting too overtired and making sure we always had some sort of shade. The side trips offered to us were a nice surprise which added a great bonus to our visit. Our Tour Manager Mikaela (mama bear) was exceptional. She was always available and helpful. My trip was wonderful! Our tour guide, Simone, was excellent, the weather was near perfect, and Italy was everything, and more, I've always heard it to be! Very happy with Gate 1!

Montecatini was amazing. My mom loved every minute of it! It was 70 degrees everyday. The food was amazing! The hotels were beautiful! The people were very kind and helpful! The rolling hills of Tuscany were breath-taking. We took the train everywhere and it was very easy to get around. We spent a day in Milan in the fashion district and a day in Florence. We check out the Cathedrals and wonderful art work. But we spend most of our time relaxing in Montecatini. Simply beautiful. I can't wait to go back!

It was perfect. Our guide, Lorena, was fabulous and the accommodations were beautiful. Carlo, our driver was also exceptional. All three meals out were great - so much fun with great food and great service staff. I have done 4 of these trips with your company and I always highly recommend you. Lorena, Flavia and Simone are all incredible.

We had a great time on the Venice, Florence, and Rome tour! Such fun and beauty! Our guide was Francesco. He was great. You could tell he had a great love and enthusiasm for the cities we visited, which was contagious! We very much enjoyed his humor and he was very well organized. We found him to be knowledgeable and very responsive to any of our requests and questions. I could tell he enjoyed his job, but of course he had us as a perfect group too, lol. Our city tour guides were great too. Especially the handsome Marco in Venice, lol. He was very knowledgeable and extremely funny! The trip was very packed, but because of that we felt that we got to see all the important sights. Everything ran smoothly. The tours and dining experiences were delicious and lovely. Especially enjoyed the Opera dinner theater. Such a unique event. And the Gondola ride was amazing. I'll never forget gliding out of a narrow canal into the Grand Canal as the musician, singer, and our group belted out the song Volare!! Love Gate 1!

My entire family was so amazed the entire time. I give all the prompts to Gate 1. "We just showed up, and everything else was handled with professionalism!" We loved the hotels, the train ride was amazing, the taxi ride, the food, the airplane ride, and more. We will definitely be using Gate 1 again, again, and again.

Our trip was fantastic. Michaela made our trip so enjoyable. She is a breath of fresh air. So knowledgeable and professional. We loved the itinerary and pace. I really liked that we also had free time to shop, venture out on our own and have a few meals with smaller groups. Just perfect amount of quiet time. Each hotel was fabulous and the location was perfect in each place. Our guides were educated and fun. The bus and drivers very great, too. I give Gate 1 an A+. Only thing I would add to this itinerary is an optional Pisa, Sorrento and catacombs excursion. This is my 2nd Gate 1 tour. We love this kind of travel. No hassles, no lines, no decisions!!!

Our trip was everything we wanted and more!! The accommodations in Montecatini were wonderful. The people who worked here were awesome. The scenery was fabulous. The hotel in Milan the last night was not so nice. Front desk lady was not very pleasant or helpful. Location to the airport was great. We met many other people who were traveling on Gate 1 travel and who had traveled many times before. They spoke very highly of the trips. We look forward to taking another trip with Gate 1 travel at a later day. My overall experience and recommendation would be AAA+ for this trip through Gate 1 travel.
