For a taste of mountain culture, visit the charming village of Leura with free time to browse antique shops and wander the streets. Afterward, continue into the heart of the Blue Mountains. Here, walk to a cliff lookout that offers panoramic views of the breathtaking Jamison Valley with its sheer sandstone cliffs colored rust and pink, and lush subtropical rainforest beneath. Perhaps visit Scenic World home to Scenic Railway*, Skyway*, Cableway* and Rainforest Walkway. Stroll along the Rainforest Walkway and stop at Echo Point where you can stand beneath the unique Three Sisters rock formation. In the afternoon, visit the award winning Featherdale Wildlife Park where you see friendly Koalas, feed kangaroos, and see the colorful parrots, cockatoos and lorikeets.
