Participants must be in excellent physical condition in order to keep up the pace on hikes. Advanced training is recommended prior to the trip. You will encounter some uneven surfaces, stairs, steep steps, unpaved and rocky terrain, as well as significant slopes. Walking sticks are recommended. Only "nature toilets" will be available during the hikes, due to limited access to bathroom facilities. We suggest you check with your healthcare provider before signing up for this tour. The route and activities are subject to change based on weather conditions. It is recommended to hold a personal travel insurance to cover any kind of accident. This is Walking program.

DAY 1, Saturday - Depart for Italy

DAY 2, Sunday - Arrive in Naples, Transfer to Sorrento
Arrive in Naples and transfer to your hotel in Sorrento, passing the Gulf of Naples with its sapphire blue waters. The rest of the day is at leisure. Your tour will begin with an orientation meeting with your Tour Manager at approximately 6 PM, followed by a light dinner. We recommend that you select flights which arrive no later than 4 PM

DAY 3, Monday - Ravello and Villa Cimbrone, Ferriere Valley Hike
During the drive this morning, take in breathtaking views of the Amalfi Coast. Arrive in the town of Ravello, home to the iconic cliffside gardens. Visit Villa Cimbrone, offering panoramic views of the Mediterranean and the dramatic coastline. Later, embark on a hike in Ferriere Valley with its specific microclimate that creates a unique habitat for flora and fauna. After a picnic lunch, continue hiking. On the path along the river, view remains of iron and paper factories. Upon arrival at the Piazza del Duomo in Amalfi, spend time at leisure to rest and admire the surroundings, before returning to Sorrento

DAY 4, Tuesday - Bay of Ieranto Hike, Olive Oil Mill Visit with Tasting
Head to the delightful village of Nerano, from where you begin your hike towards the Bay of Ieranto. The path starts with a slight climb and a short steep walk. Continue around the mountain. Make a stop at an olive grove and gain insight into the history of the area. Afterward, resume the hike and climb down old rock stairs to reach the Bay of Ieranto. Time for a swim in the tranquil waters of the bay, before a picnic lunch. In the afternoon, visit an olive oil mill. Learn the different phases of traditional olive cultivation, followed by an olive oil tasting

DAY 5, Wednesday - Island of Capri, Tragara to Natural Arch Trail
Today, explore the island of Capri. Walking through its narrow ancient streets and stairways, you will discover lesser-known parts of this blue island. The hike, along the Pizzolungo trail, begins from Punta Tragara, offering incredible views of the famous Faraglioni Rocks, towards the Natural Arch. The path, traces the coastline and includes narrow and steep steps. Arrive at the limestone Natural Arch, dating back to the Paleolithic period. Take in the dramatic views. Afterward, spend free time to explore on your own, before heading back

DAY 6, Thursday - Hike The Path of Gods, Visit Tremonti
Begin the day with a drive to Bomerano, from where you begin your hike in one of the most famous trails of the area, the Path of Gods. The trail along a mountain ridge high above the sea, offers panoramic views of the coastal towns, terraces and peaks. Return to Bomerano for lunch. Then, travel to Tramonti, at the foot of Lattari Mountains. Here, visit a lemon grove, where "Sfusato Amalfitano", also known as the Amalfi lemon is produced. Taste local products and the famous lemon sherbet, while being entertained by local performers dancing the "tammurriata", a folk dance of Campania

DAY 7, Friday - Sorrento, Punta Campanella Trail
Spend the morning at leisure in Sorrento. In the afternoon, travel to the Sorrentine Peninsula, separating the Gulf of Naples from the Gulf of Salerno. Arrive in the small village of Termini, and begin your hike towards the lighthouse of Punta Campanella. The first part of the trail is downhill along the ancient Roman road, known as Minerva path, leading you to the lighthouse. View remains of the Temple of Minerva and soak in the scenery. Continuing uphill, stop at Fossa di Papa farm and enjoy dinner, made from fresh seasonal products. Afterward, resume the ascent and conclude the hike in Termini. Dive back to Sorrento

DAY 8, Saturday - Depart Italy
