10 Day Southern Italy, Puglia & Campania, October 2024
This was our first Gate 1 tour, and it was Excellent. The itinerary was well-planned and gave us a sense of the cities and the surrounding areas. All of the hotels were good, and we felt comfortable in each room. Each place we visited was beautiful and gave us a sense of awe - whether it was a UNESCO World Heritage Site, the olive trees, the seas, the buildings and architecture. Our guide Massimiliano made the trip!!!! He brought everyone on the trip together so that it was a truly group experience. He was informative, funny, charming, helpful (staying behind on the last day to assist a single older woman to the airport). We wish he could be our guide for every trip we take - we certainly be using Gate 1 in the future.
