My trip was amazing! Our tour guide Nathalie was absolutely amazing! She went above and beyond what I expected and is very knowledgeable. She made my first trip abroad exceptional and very memorable. I highly recommend your company and Nathalie to everyone and encourage them to make this same trip if they can. Thank you Gate One and Nathalie!

Just wanted to let you know how impressed I was with our tour guide Nathalie. She was friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, kind, and professional. She made sure guests were comfortable and well informed. She provided suggestions for leisure time and meals; on more than one occasion, she even walked guests to their destinations. Nathalie went above and beyond to meet the needs of tour guests, and I highly recommend her for future tours.

This was my first group tour. It was fun. I enjoyed all the different tours. The tour director, Ty, was extremely knowledgeable, incredibly helpful and just plain, who is great guy! The entire process, from start to finish, was easy and very well organized. I will definitely be looking for more opportunities to travel with Gate1.

The trip was wonderful! I really liked that I only had to unpack once. The tour was just the right mix of included and optional tours, so I felt like I had ample opportunity to venture out on my own. The hotel was fantastic. Perfect location next to the train station and a grocery store right behind it. The staff was friendly; the amenities were abundant (a candy bar!) and the accommodations top notch. Kurt, the tour guide, was knowledgeable and knew when to give information and when to be still to enjoy the journey. This was my first Gate 1 tour, but hopefully not my last!

A very good trip. Hotel was well located near many attractions with great breakfasts and bountiful farewell buffet. Tour manager Damir was fun, friendly and efficient. Even our bus driver Philip was fun and friendly.

This was my first Stay & Explore Tour. The Netherlands is definitely a good country for this The Hotel was very good and convenient to the Utrecht Train Station, Old Town and the Mall. Numerous restaurants are within walking distance. Our TM was excellent! A very personable and friendly person. Always took time to talk to you and answer all your questions about the country and how to navigate public transportation. On the board in the Hotel Lobby, he had lots of useful information about places to see and things to do. We only did one optional tour on the last day, which was excellent.

We loved our trip. It was everything we wanted. The Stay and explore was what we wanted. Our tour manager Krasi was very helpful and informative. We would go with him again. Also, Isabella, the bus driver was great.

Thanks for reaching out and asking about the trip my wife and I was on to Belgium and Holland last week. Have to report it was so amazing and wonderful. Your tour was so organized and well thought of, and, we met wonderful new friends most of them from the same state we live! I would like to take this opportunity to commend our Tour Manager, Adrienne for being a real professional and so patient and considerate in taking care of all of us seniors in every need we had. She's the best! This is our first Gate 1 tour and now plan on having some more so please include my emails in your specials. Thank you so much and have a great day!

Our trip was excellent. The weather was perfect for sightseeing, and our tour manager Evan went beyond the call of duty to keep us all safe and happy. I am looking forward to another trip with GATE1Travel.

Absolutely wonderful! Our tour guide, Kurt, was the best ever. He was so knowledgeable, and gave us his all. Loved all the treats he surprised us with. Most of all, he gave us all equal time for chats, questions. Made us strive to be in time, which we were! The trip was so easy, staying in one location, and venturing out every day to a new fabulous city. It let us learn the city enough to do fun things on our own, after arriving back to hotel. Love you, Gate 1!!
Frances S.
Trip was excellent! Love the concept of staying the same hotel during each tour! Excellent tour guide!

We are so pleased with Gate 1's new Stay and Explore tours. Although we will still take advantage of classic tours and independent travel, this is just another way to enjoy a new country. Our recent Taste of Belgium and Holland was fantastic. Marc was an excellent tour guide, Darren an excellent driver, and we loved seeing all new sights in both countries. The hotel was ideally located, near many restaurants, attractions and shops. We chose to walk to Old Town nightly, although there was transport which others used. It was nice to unpack once, yet see so much of the countries. We chose to do all the optional tours, Brussels and Bruges and Amsterdam and windmills! We love how all the local tour guides are truly happy that we are visiting their country, and they want us to feel comfortable there also. We learn so much on all of our tours. We have used Gate 1 fifteen times now (!), yet each time it is a little different because of the group and especially the tour guides. Thanks to Marc for sharing so much with us and making us laugh, and thanks to Gate 1 for offering affordable experiences.
