  Accounts Payable Coordinator  

Duties Include:

  • Processing/analyzing of invoices
  • Assisting Accounting Manager with various tasks
  • Helping internal departments correct discrepancies with vendors

Requirements:

  • 2 to 5 years relevant work experience

  Reservationist/Air Specialist  
  • Entry-level/Supervisory/Managerial positions available in our Reservations and Air Depts
  • 2 years travel industry experience required

  Customer Service Representative  

Duties Include:

  • Resolving customer complaints and issues by determining the cause of the problem
  • Expediting correction or adjustment and following up to ensure resolution
  • Maintaining detailed records of customer comments/claims

Requirements:

  • Excellent organization and communications skills, both written and verbal
  • Good computer knowledge; proficiency in Excel and Outlook
  • Associate or 4 Year College Degree
  • 2 to 5 years relevant work experience

  Product Development Specialist  

Duties Include:

  • Negotiating contracts & promotions with travel vendors
  • Designing travel & tour packages
  • Coordinating product design and implementation with Database and IT Departments

Requirements:

  • Must be detail-oriented and be able to handle multiple projects simultaneously
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Up to a year or more relevant work experience a plus
