As always our trip was great. And although I have always liked all of your guides I feel Abdou went above and beyond. He set up for us dinners & activities not on the itinerary, he held some of our coats while we were walking around as we had winter coats for the morning but it got hotter in the afternoon. He packed extra chargers & other items that were frequently asked for. He was especially considerate of the elderly on the trip but not holding up the group. He was always smiling and such an upbeat person. A very experienced guide. You should be glad to have him. We even booked our next trip while on this trip.

I'm still absolutely beaming from my trip - honestly, it was beyond amazing, truly one for the books! Every expectation I had was completely surpassed, and I've come home with a treasure trove of incredible memories. I really must give a huge, special mention to our Tour Director. They were simply phenomenal! Not only were they brimming with fascinating knowledge about every place we visited, but their genuine kindness and the incredible care they showed to each one of us in the group made the journey so much more personal and enjoyable. Just to say that our recent small group tour to Morocco was truly a trip to remember. Mo made sure we all had a wonderful visit, attending to all the important logistics at every stop, and encouraging friendships old and new. I had an amazing time on my tour of Morocco. The trip exceeded my expectations. Our tour manager, Moha, was one of the best of 37 tours I have done with Gate1. He was very knowledgeable, well organized, efficient and personable.

Our tour guide, Said, was wonderful! His depth of knowledge was amazing as well as his management skills in coordinating the tour. The entire trip was well planned out and he was able to pass on his knowledge of Morocco throughout the tour. I want to give praise to our tour manager, Abdu. He was one of the best we've had with Gate 1. He was always available to everyone on the tour, making sure everyone had what they needed and was having a good time. He was caring, personable, considerate, fun, and always organized. Because he grew up in the mountains in Morocco, he was very familiar with the area and was able to teach us about the people, culture, religion, etc. To supplement our teachings, he gave us all maps and outlined daily where we would be going. He was very interesting and a great teacher! When asked if we could ask him a question, he always said "sure, you can ask me anything". 10 Day Morocco Tour - I want to make a comment on our Tour Manager Zouhair. He was absolutely outstanding. Seemed like he was working 24 hours a day on the tour as every detail was taken care. Every meal, every departure, every tour all started and ended on time. He gave each one of us a personalized experience right down to creating tour videos for all of us. The final day of transfer he was present for every single transfer from 3;00am to 12:00 noon. Just so impressed with his attention to detail , friendly style, personalized treatment, and incredible knowledge of history and his country. Well done!!

This was our first tour with Gate 1 and I just wanted to take the time to all the staff that did an excellent job to ensure my safety, provide me with education and a fun experience. Our Travel Guide Med, was patient and very knowledgeable throughout the trip, not to mention funny and energetic. Our entire group became one big family which was very nice for me as I was traveling with an 8 year old child, but also unexpected as I never imagined forming connections with our traveling companions. Definitely a company we plan to use again for future trips!

Moroccan Allure trip was fabulous. Our tour manager Amine was extraordinary and made the trip so much better for the entire group; he really goes out of his way not only to be personable and informative and organized but helps with lots of other reservations and problems that come up with a smile and a genuine enthusiasm for his job.

Trip to Morocco was very enjoyable one. The trip guide couldn't be better and his name is Madira. And he was like a Historian with an immense Intellectual capacity. My first camelback riding was so exciting and will never forget it. Overall both my wife and I enjoyed this trip immensely.

This was my first Gate1 trip, and the tour of southern Morocco far exceeded my expectations. Our tour manager, Hicham, was very knowledgeable, helpful, kind and funny. His relationships with local families and guides elevated this trip from visiting historic and breathtaking sites to one that enabled me to truly experience local culture and values. These experiences will never be forgotten-through Hicham, I met a mother of five children who lived in a cave near the Todra Gorge, a nomadic woman living with her extended family at the edge of the Sahara, and women employed at an argan oil cooperative outside of Essaouira. As a result of these and other unique experiences, I gained a unique understanding of this beautiful, exotic and complex country. The local guides were also excellent, answering all questions and presenting historic and contemporary contexts. Our driver and assistant manager also did a fine job. I went on this tour as a solo traveler, and emerged with friends I hope to travel with in the future.

My trip was spectacular, very interesting, and especially Moha, our director, was excellent. He was attentive, recommended beautiful places, and made me feel like part of a family. The bus driver was excellent, very careful with his driving. The assistant was always attentive, cleaning the bus, making sure we had water, and attentive to our needs! Our trip was excellent. The organization of the tour, punctuality, places to stay, excursions, etc all have been up to the mark, which is really appreciated. Just returned from my first Gate1 tour, Kaleidoscope of Morocco, and am extremely impressed and happy about the whole experience!... Morocco is a beautiful country, with a lot of history, breathtaking scenery and architecture, and fabulous and friendly people! At the heart of this experience there he was, our spectacular Tour Manager, Larbi. From my perspective as a rookie "tourer" with Gate1 I think that they have somewhat of a problem because Larbi set the bar so high in every aspect, and that will be my reference for future tours. There was not a single aspect or moment where Larbi didn't perform superbly!... our particular appreciation and gratitude for his interest and proactivity in taking care of my wife's dietary needs. Looking forward to future adventures!

Morocco was a wonderful experience! Every hotel we stayed in was beautiful! Good service, good food and wonderful staff. I just have words of praise for our tour manager, Ham. Very organized, his knowledge of the history of the country is amazing and most of all, his patience and good demeanor made me feel very at home. The group also was great! As first time Gate 1 travelers, my wife and I didn't know what to expect from our trip to Morocco. We are seasoned travelers, but, with the exception of the times we've cruised, we've generally successfully traveled "on our own." Nevertheless, several friends who love to travel explained to us that they have enjoyed traveling with your company, and another couple, with whom we've traveled in the past, especially loved traveling to Morocco with you. Thus, we thought we'd "give it a try," and, as noted in our attached "thank you" notes to our tour leader, Azzedine, our bus driver, Azis, and their assistant, Hassan, as well as in our various Facebook postings, we couldn't have been more impressed! Azzedine, in particular, became like another member of the family to all of our group! We now consider him to be our brother! He was unflappable, organized, knowledgeable, articulate, funny - just an amazing human being! The other local guides, particularly Ali in Rabat, Abdul in Tangier, Hesham in Fez, were also fantastic and added local color to the tour! We loved the additional experiences, including the hosted dinner in Fez and the camel ride in Marrakech. It was truly a trip of a lifetime, and we look forward to future Gate 1 adventures!

Aziz was compassionate, knowledgeable, patient and kind. Furthermore, he was fun. Aziz definitely rates as one of our top guides so far. Melissa and I look forward to more Gate 1 trips. We were sorry to say goodbye to Aziz. The bus driver and his assistant were A+ too.

I would like to commend our tour guide Mohammad. He was excellent. His knowledge about the country was superb. His attitude and demeanor was excellent, you could see he really cared about the group. His attention to detail was top notch. All in all, I could have not wanted a better tour guide than Mohammad. He made the tour extra enjoyable.

We have traveled extensively over the years, and to be completely honest, the services and accommodations provided by Gate 1-especially during our 8-day Morocco tour-exceeded all expectations. I loved my walking tour of Morocco. Our guides Katim and Noor were excellent. The experience was well rounded and included the vity, the mountains and the desert. The accommodations were welcoming and comfortable and the staff were very friendly and happy to assist us in any way. The options for dining were varied and delicious and often included the opportunity to interact with families as well as restaurants. A truly magical experience. My only complaint? I wanted it to last longer. Well done Gate 1!
