Erica, our tour manager, was amazing! She always had a smile and a willingness to help or answer any questions our group had. She was very knowledgeable about the countries we visited and provided us with history as well as suggestions for places to eat or go shopping. Our Tulip Time trip with Belgium and Luxembourg was excellent. The accommodations, Itinerary, guides, meals and travel arrangements exceeded our expectations. The river boat experience was a relaxing way to arrive at different ports. It was a cheerful environment that gave us the chance to meet other guests and enjoy their company. All staff were personable and professional. There was a good balance of guided tours and free time.

We just returned from our 14 Day Tulip Time River Cruise with Paris, Brussels, and Amsterdam and had an amazing time. This was our 9th tour with Gate 1. Your company never lets us down, always exceeds our expectations. This was our first river cruise ever. The service and food were a five-star experience! Erna, our Tour-Cruise Director, was exceptional in all ways! She made our trip even more special. Admired her skills and excellence. Grateful for all the amazing staff gate 1 employs. My trip was fabulous. I have done a number of Gate 1 trips and they were all great. The river cruise was a first with Gate 1 and found it to be excellent, the accommodations were perfect, the ship staff were all excellent, the room steward, and the serving staff were wonderful. The food was exceptional. The tour guides were all great as I have always found Gate 1 tour guides to be. I have informed a number of people of the quality of Gate 1 trips since I have returned.

Our room was large, had lots of storage and was absolutely spotless. We loved our waiters Dika and Mon who always greeted us with huge smiles. Our hats are off to Chef Florin. We have been on 25 cruises with Celebrity, Royal Caribbean, Princess, Norwegian, MSC, Disney and Carnival and this is the BEST FOOD by far that we have had on any cruise we've taken. Our cruise encountered some rough water and had some minor flooding. The staff handled the situation very well and we were incredibly impressed with how they made sure we were all safe and immediately cleaned up the dining room. Literally, they were serving food again in less that 10 minutes. We will definitely cruise with Gate 1 again.

My friends and I had an amazing time visiting Netherlands and Belgium. Cruise Director Matt and activity Host Laura were great, attentive to our needs and adjusted schedule based on weather conditions. Meals were great thanks to Chef Irwan. Staff were fabulous. We made new friends and loved our trip fulfilled by the blossoming tulips at Keukenhof Garden. My friends and I, all first timers for a river cruise, will plan another river cruise, when the price is right.

I want to express my deep satisfaction with our tour guide, Roma. Of all the wonderful guides we have been fortunate to have had on past Gate 1 trips, he was the most outstanding one. So very informative, friendly and patient. At all times, we felt comfortable knowing we could rely on him to answer any questions or assist us with any needs.

Our tour guide, Annette was beyond amazing!! She was so knowledgeable about everything and every place we went. She could not have been more professional and friendly and absolutely helpful. My first solo trip with Gate 1 was amazing! This was my second trip with Gate 1, first trip was with my travel ladies (8), so quite different travelling solo but I enjoyed every minute of the trip. Also, loved the last minute booking sale price.

We had a blast. Annette was a terrific guide, and Leonard was a great driver. Couldn't have asked for better weather. The hotels and breakfasts were wonderful, and the dinners were by far the best yet. Looking forward to booking another hopefully soon.

Petra was an amazing guide in every way, organized, charismatic, knowledgeable and great fun! I would love to travel with her again. Themis, our London guide, was first class. She had an easy-listening voice, great pace of interesting information, with a warm and hospitable personality. Keep her with this tour! For a fast-paced, whirlwind tour of the major cities in four countries, the excellent organization and smooth logistics of Gate 1 did not disappoint once again.

I just wanted to relay how Beyond satisfied I am with my first Gate 1 Travel experience. Bob, is nothing short of amazing. He really is a guide like no other. He was always very informative, interactive, super knowledgeable and funny! He helped to ensure you had a good time on the trip. And our driver Moe! perfectly, his hospitality, driving skills, and genuine kindness was amazing. If I was able to pick my Gate1 advisors all over again I would pick these two gentlemen 1000%. They were a part of making this a Grand experience!

The whole tour was great from day one. Our tour guide was amazing, caring and very knowledgeable. Everything was well organized, our guide Monique was super knowledgeable, shared interesting facts without overwhelming us and taking us to the best food spots. Highly recommending Monique to anyone visiting Amsterdam, Belgium and Paris.

Our guide, Joaquin, was EXCELLENT! He was so organized and kept everything running like clockwork. He was also knowledgeable and funny. I really enjoyed listening to him. Everything he shared with the group during our trip was interesting and I learned so much about the countries we visited. He was super helpful with tips for restaurants, drinks, transportation and more. 5 stars for Joaquin!

This was my first group tour. It was fun. I enjoyed all the different tours. The tour director, Ty, was extremely knowledgeable, incredibly helpful and just plain, who is great guy! The entire process, from start to finish, was easy and very well organized. I will definitely be looking for more opportunities to travel with Gate1.

It was a wonderful trip! Ty, our tour director, was so helpful and well informed. He always made sure the group was together and that we all got to hear/see what he was explaining. Transfers with luggage, getting on bus, checking into hotels, ran seamlessly, thanks to Ty. This is my 8th European trip with Gate 1 and hope to experience many more! In addition, the hotel accommodations were better than any other trip I've been on with Gate 1. Please try to keep this up!

The trip was wonderful! I really liked that I only had to unpack once. The tour was just the right mix of included and optional tours, so I felt like I had ample opportunity to venture out on my own. The hotel was fantastic. Perfect location next to the train station and a grocery store right behind it. The staff was friendly; the amenities were abundant (a candy bar!) and the accommodations top notch. Kurt, the tour guide, was knowledgeable and knew when to give information and when to be still to enjoy the journey. This was my first Gate 1 tour, but hopefully not my last!

Arjan provided an EXCELLENT tour experience! Enjoyed all of the commentary on the included and optional tours. Safety was always emphasized and much appreciated. The recommendations for tours for independent time were a plus. We enjoyed the The Paris Montparnasse Tower experience! He also addressed concerns when they were identified while touring. Dian provided SMOOTH coach service and kept us on schedule. The restroom on the coach was stocked and clean which is always a plus. I watched him always be willing to help those off of the coach when needed. This was my third Gate 1 tour. I have been on the 15 day Portugal/Spain the 10 day Italy with Pompei. I'm a loyal Gate 1 customer!! Keep up the great work!!

A very good trip. Hotel was well located near many attractions with great breakfasts and bountiful farewell buffet. Tour manager Damir was fun, friendly and efficient. Even our bus driver Philip was fun and friendly.

This was my first Stay & Explore Tour. The Netherlands is definitely a good country for this The Hotel was very good and convenient to the Utrecht Train Station, Old Town and the Mall. Numerous restaurants are within walking distance. Our TM was excellent! A very personable and friendly person. Always took time to talk to you and answer all your questions about the country and how to navigate public transportation. On the board in the Hotel Lobby, he had lots of useful information about places to see and things to do. We only did one optional tour on the last day, which was excellent.

The trip was wonderful, and our tour guide, Romain, was exceptional. I cannot say enough nice things about him. He made the whole trip fun and made sure to include everyone. It truly felt like a community because of him. As a solo traveler, not knowing anyone on this trip, he made the trip feel safe and that someone was always there for me.

It was wonderful, we love it, Jean our tour guide was very kind and excellent on what he does. Overall, once again, it was truly a memorable trip, our second with Gate 1. Looking forward for our 3rd one "Greece" this October.

This trip was fabulous. Our Tour Manager, Sebastian, was great. He was knowledgeable and fun. He kept the group laughing and engaged the whole trip. Hotels: were great and had staff that were very helpful (especially in Amsterdam and Paris). Hotel locations were good. Included food was good, no complaints. The optional dinner at Montmartre was fantastic, a great location with entertainment. Overall, this was another wonderful Gate 1 trip where we met new friends we will keep in touch with. The group of travelers in our group all got along well and had fun. The sites were more than expected and we saw all the highlights plus more.

This was my first trip with GateOne and I will tell you that our tour guide, Adrienne, and driver, Darren, were absolutely exceptional. They sealed the deal for us to commit to doing another GateOne tour in the future. We loved our trip. It was everything we wanted. The Stay and explore was what we wanted. Our tour manager Krasi was very helpful and informative. We would go with him again. Also, Isabella, the bus driver was great.

We did 6 Gate1 trips over the last 5 yrs or so and this trip perhaps is the best ever. Sites were amazing and the tour manager Martin went above and beyond to make the whole trip smooth enjoyable and highly memorable.

Kurt was the best tour guide we have had on any tour. He was VERY patient with everyone in our group; especially with routine questions that he gets asked all the time. His knowledge of each country was impressive; he was really great at giving information and entertaining the group at the same time. His energy and enthusiasm for his job made our trip a lot of fun!

Our tour manager, Farid, was OUTSTANDING! His deep knowledge of each site of our tour was excellent. He was organized in every way throughout the tour as he shared information to prepare us for what we would encounter for the day. Farid's genuine personality and light sense of humor made this experience a memorable one for everyone. Future travelers would be fortunate to have Farid as their tour manager.

This was an excellent trip: excellent itinerary, good hotels and good tour guides. Cities visited were carefully selected. The visit to the Delta works and the Battle of the Bulge museums were the highlights. I will highly recommend this to all my contacts. The weather was chilly and cloudy at the beginning of the trip but cleared up during the latter half. The smaller size of the group made for greater bonding.

What a great, excellent captain of the ship. Most extraordinary skills and focus. Our safety and his excellent cruising style and his hard work into the late night. Really a great job. Perfect. He had a great nautical crew, working, docking and loading --- all of those thousand details. Met a wonderful crew from Ukraine and they all truly and sincerely cared about the customers also. They sincerely cared!! The bus drivers are always exceptional. I don't know how you find these most safe; excellent drivers in all of these countries. Never once at any turn or on any road or highway was our safety or movement in doubt. Best in the travel industry, smooth as silk. Please keep up the great work finding such excellent drivers. The city tour guides as usual were beyond exemplary. Perfect there too. it is really so well done to learn details, history, tragedies, backstory, facts, myths, fun, etc etc etc. even in reception desks at the hotels-felt always safe and cared for. In the cruise ship waitstaff. Patrick (best waiter I have known in 50 years), Mohammed, the head chef Annans; all were outstanding. Every single person worked extremely tirelessly, but with a smile and twinkle in their eyes, morning lunch and dinner with great hot food, tasty suggestions, special requests-All of it. They really care about the customers; they're just always so helpful. it could not have been any better. Tour Director and Assoc. Dir. both were so spectacular - but you have heard all of their great reviews of the past. It was our pleasure to experience their great care.

Our first Gate1 experience! Gate1 was recommended by a friend and it was excellent! Everything was taken care of and we really enjoyed our time. A few things that really stand out were Erna and Johnny! They were great. Our guide in Paris, Corina, was FANTASTIC! The Breakfast buffet at Pullman Montparnasse was the best i have ever had. The selection, quantity, quality and presentation were remarkable. We have already recommended Gate1 to several people. Thank you for the great experience and we are already looking at our next adventure!

Just wanted to let you know what a terrific tour manager you have in Louis. He guided our group of 9 in very professional and knowledgeable way. Our trip to Amsterdam, Bruges, Paris and London went as smooth as possible due to his organizational skills. Typical of gate1travel, he was able to direct us daily to make our trip run smoothly considering all the modes of transportation required especially between Paris and London. Also want to compliment Kerry, our bus driver who got us safely from city to city. Kerry is personable and a pleasure to speak to a citizen from Bruges. We went on the 14 day Holland, Germany, Luxembourg, Belgium & Paris tour in April of 2025, which was a most enjoyable experience. Our guide was Farid, and he was exceptional in every respect - knowledgeable, engaging, great communicator, and superbly organized. He went out of his way to navigate us through busier sites so that we were able to thoroughly enjoy them. Gate1 chose high quality hotels for our group, and the check-in and check-out process was done for us. The principal driver for the majority of our trip was skilled and maneuvered the bus safely on the highways and city streets. Periodic stops were well-timed. The museums, WWII cemetery, churches, historical buildings, countryside, and landmarks were all impressive.
